terrible service, rude customer service, never recieved items even after card chaged on bill.
company would not provide shipping information, hung up on me several times, and did not call or email back 4 weeks after order was placed. |

I ordered 3 items " guaranteed delivered before Xmas" the first week of Dec. I recived one item in time ( pretty but poor quality for the price )the 2nd item arrived broken in pieces. The 3rd never arrived at all. Called customer service 3 times. Of the 3 people I talked to only one was even polite but no help. The other 2 were complete idiots and rude at that. They couldn't even answer the simplist question. Avoid like the plaque ! |

I will never buy from this store again. It takes a lot to irritate me but I am getting shipments every two weeks for "collectables' that I NEVER ORDERED. I have called twice and been assured that they would cancel them going-forward. |
